Behind the Curtain
A week of theatre for the true theatre lover!
Students will have the opportunity to participate in hands-on theatre experiences and express themselves creatively with staff and other new students. The program introduces like-minded students to one another, as well as industry professionals.
Program highlights include:
- Meeting other students interested in theatre
- Participating in workshops, including audition techniques, playwriting, vocal, acting, movement and dance, and technical
- Connecting with student mentors through fun social group activities
- Taking a day trip into New York City to see a Broadway show (show TBD)
Become engaged in all things theatre and learn about the various opportunities to get involved, not only on stage but also “behind the curtain.”

I loved being a part of Sacred Heart’s Theatre Arts Program's (TAP) pre-fall program because as a nervous incoming freshman, I had the opportunity to meet fabulous upperclassmen who truly wanted us to immerse ourselves in all that TAP has to offer.
