Identification Cards
Students must carry their Student Identification Card at all times and must show it to campus officials or their designees upon request.
ID Office
The ID office is located at the Campus Concierge and is open:
- Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. - 10 p.m.
- Saturday & Sunday: 10 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Student ID Card
All undergraduate and graduate students will need to put their Student Mobile ID on their phone.
As of May 2026, we no longer issue physical SHUCards to students. To request an exemption to receive a physical ID card, email your request to Campus Concierge at campusconcierge@sacredheart.edu. Include the your name and the reason you are requesting a physical ID card. Valid reasons to be issued a physical card include, but are not limited to, not owning a smartphone and needed to perform clinicals. All requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
