We aim to build and provide opportunities for girls and women at the elite levels of rugby. Within these opportunities, we create and cultivate a physically and emotionally safe environment for the athletes to express themselves and develop, by allowing failure, encouraging growth and collaboration, and being an athlete-centered program. With passion, grit, empathy, and a consistent focus on our foundational pillars, we foster an inclusive learning environment to develop well-rounded individuals on and off the field, which continues to maintain and further Sacred Heart as a dominant program within the rugby community.

Any gifts made to the Women's Rugby Excellence Fund will be used at the discretion of Head Coach Michelle Reed to support the program's highest priorities.
