The journey of becoming a Sacred Heart football team member starts with recruitment. Coaches look for prospective student-athletes from diverse backgrounds who demonstrate leadership skills, athletic ability, toughness, a desire to be part of something greater than themselves and an inquisitive thirst for learning. When student-athletes with these attributes are teamed with a talented and empathetic coaching staff, as well as first-class academic programs, teaching and support services, we have the blueprint for our championship culture. Our student-athletes are expected to give their best in the classroom, to be present on  campus, and to be empathetic when helping others. Success is not given, it is earned. 

Any gifts made to the Football Excellence Fund will be used at the discretion of Head Coach Mark Nofri to support the program's highest priorities.
