Managed by the Student Union, the Campus Concierge is the place to find all types of information.
The Campus Concierge is located in the Academic Center next to the PioTech Center and across from 63’s dining hall. It is open 7 days a week during the semester to help provide you with the information you may need.
The Campus Concierge accepts cash and general money as form of payment.

- Balloon Request Form
- Button Request Form
- Name Tag Request Form
- SHU Card/Student ID - new and replace lost IDs
- Information on daily events on Campus
- Transportation schedules (SHU Shuttles, GBT Transit, Long Island Ferry, Metro North & Airport Shuttles) and Shuttle trip sign-ups
- Recommendation sheets for local stores, restaurants and hotels. Menus to local restaurants
- Small meeting space for campus student groups
- Discount Movie tickets to the Bowtie Cinema in Trumbull sold at Campus Concierge
- Supply Rentals (lockers, tables, easels, games, etc.)
- Vending machine refunds
- Faxing
- Stamps & envelopes
Semester Hours
- Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. - 10 p.m.
- Saturday & Sunday: 10 a.m. - 10 p.m.
