Admission Requirements
- Only students applying for freshman admission as a first-time, full-time undergraduate student are eligible to apply to the First Professional Degree Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
- Prospective students must apply during their senior year of high school.
- Admissions notifications will be sent in accordance with your selected application plan, informing you of your admission status to both the University and specifically the Davis & Henley College of Nursing. Successful applicants will be admitted directly to the Nursing program as a high school senior. This guarantees your seat in the program, provided that you meet the minimum requirements for progression each semester.
- If you are not admitted to the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program at the time of admission and subsequent start term at Sacred Heart University, you will not have the opportunity to pursue a First Professional Degree Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree as an undergraduate student at Sacred Heart University.
- The David & Henley College of Nursing does not accept internal or external transfer students to the First Professional Degree Program (BSN).
