
Minor in Criminal Justice

All classes starting prior to 11 a.m. will be remote. Classes after 11 a.m. will be in person. Non-essential staff should work remote until 11 a.m. then report to campus as scheduled.
The Criminal Justice Minor at Sacred Heart provides students with the foundational knowledge of the criminal justice field while helping students with the ability to process and and apply information.
Required Courses | 18 credits
In addition to the following courses, students must complete four criminal justice electives to meet the requirements for this minor.
Provides an overview of the criminal justice system and its processes.
An interdisciplinary perspective to examine the causes, measurement, patterns and the effects of socioeconomic status on crime and criminal behavior.
