In the dual degree industrial/organizational psychology program, students earn a bachelor’s and a master’s degree that provides flexibility to achieve professional success across industries, workplace environments and career paths. Dual degree students are guaranteed admission to the Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology (I/O Psychology) program provided they continue, as undergraduate students, to meet program-specific criteria to progress into graduate program enrollment.
