  • Check your Applicant Portal to ensure all materials are submitted
  • Use the Applicant Portal button below to Complete Enrollment Response Form and Submit non-refundable $500 Enrollment Deposit to finalize your enrollment

Applicant portal

  • Complete the 2026-2027 and 2027-2028 FAFSA, as well as the Second Degree Accelerated BSN Financial Aid Application, found in SHU Awards. Contact Colleen Mulrooney, Director of Student Financial Assistance, for information on cost and financial aid after completing these forms

Pay online by credit card

  • Request final college transcript displaying bachelor's degree conferral date be sent to Undergraduate Admissions, when transcript is available
  • Keep an eye out for information on orientation. Classes begin on the Tuesday after Memorial Day each year (Tuesday, June 1, 2027)

Sacred Heart's Second Degree Nursing program has greatly prepared me for success in the nursing field. When I spoke with an alumnus at orientation, I remember being amazed by her level of knowledge and preparedness.
