Choir Program Work Study Associate

This position is ideal for students with an interest in music and choral programs. It is an excellent opportunity to get involved on campus. The Work Study Associate plays an integral role in the day to day operations functioning of the Sacred Heart University Choral Program. Students will be responsible for a multitude of diverse tasks and should be dedicated, personable, and reliable.

Location

This position offers remote work.

Responsibilities

• Sorting and filing music, maintaining choir music library
• Copying music as needed and preparing choir folders
• Setting up for choir rehearsals/concerts
• Assist with attendance record keeping
• Assist with Database record keeping
• Contact prospective students for recruitment purposes
• Video editing for virtual concert programs
• Other clerical duties as assigned

Expected Hours

Flexible based on work study allotment
