The School of Communication, Media & the Arts is housed in the new Martire Center for the Liberal Arts. This fully equipped facility is outfitted with up-to-date multimedia production software and equipment, supporting SHU students, faculty, the university as a whole, and serving all academic and athletic departments.

Equally important, the Communications Center has developed partnerships with outside production companies to develop opportunities for current and former students.

The facilities at SHU are amazing for communications students. I have good friends who go to bigger schools and do not offer as much as SHU. I have full access to broadcasting studios and equipment, making it so easy for me to take advantage of amazing opportunities.
