Cancellation
Cancellation must be made one week in advance and will be subject to a 20% service charge per registration. No refunds will be issued less than one week prior to the course. The full amount, if paid by credit card, check, or cash may be used for a credit to attend a future course. If payment was by voucher, that voucher may be redeemed as credit towards attending a future course. The voucher credit is valid for 1-year from the date of the original course or until the expiration date, whichever occurs first.
Sacred Heart University Continuing Education Disclosure Statement
The Program in Physical Therapy at Sacred Heart University aims to provide the most current, clinically relevant, and accurate content to assist licensed healthcare practitioners with professional development and continuing education. Course content is intended solely for use within the scope of practice as defined by the individual practitioner’s licensure and regulation. All individuals participating in these courses and activities assume all responsibility for verifying with the appropriate professional licensing boards or other governing bodies, the clinical applicability of course content and presumed competencies which may be developed as a result of participating in any course, seminar, or other mode of instruction. Individuals who are not licensed or otherwise regulated should not participate in continuing education that includes clinical skills or clinical decision making without written permission from the Director of Continuing Education and Course Instructor.
