Omega Phi Beta) is the nation’s premier Greek-lettered organization working toward the elimination of violence against women and empowerment of women. As a national sorority, Omega Phi Beta is committed to the development of collegiate and professional women through sisterhood, diversity, leadership, service and academic excellence.
Mission & Values
Omega Phi Beta’s purpose is to serve and educate people of diverse backgrounds through sisterhood, leadership and guidance. As positive role models, Omega Phi Betas promote unity of all cultures, focus on the empowerment of our gender and raise the standards of excellence in our academic, social and personal endeavors.
Philanthropy
Omega Phi Beta is dedicated to combating and championing for domestic violence awareness, as well as raising awareness of violence against women. Omega Phi Beta has broadened the scope of its national philanthropy efforts to include all forms of violence affecting our gender. Recognizing that violence against woman hinders progression, the scope includes, but is not limited to domestic violence, sexual assault, sexual harassment, sexual mutilation, stalking and human trafficking.
