Sexual Misconduct Policy

Sexual Harassment

The University prohibits any form of sexual misconduct, including but not limited to acts of sexual assault (stranger, date or acquaintance), sexual abuse or any sexual contact that occurs without consent of the victim, or that occurs with the victim is unable to give consent.
