Shoe Requirements

  • Protect your feet by wearing sneakers (no bare feet)
  • No open toed shoes
    • Soft shoes are not recommended (Crocs, aqua socks, toe shoes, sandals, etc.)

Clothing Requirements

  • Clothing can protect your skin from a number of germs commonly found in gyms. Please cover yourself as much as possible.
    • Tops must be worn over undergarments
  • No accessories that could rip the seating/pads (belts, zippers, etc.)

Be sure to spray & wipe all equipment after use.
