As a mixed-methods researcher, Dr. Tricia Lewis' scholarship bridges sociology and public health to address the question “How does gender-based violence contribute to social and health inequities among families?”. Dr. Lewis' most recent research has focused on the interwoven role of structural violence and intimate partner violence in the housing insecurity of Connecticut mothers.
