Lisa Henderson supports SHU students by designing, implementing, overseeing and measuring the effectiveness of learning support programs. Her portfolio includes the peer and professional tutoring program employing approximately 150 tutors, writing support services including the online writing lab, and the classroom learning assistant (CLA) and learning lab programs where over 100 students offer supplemental instruction. She is a graduate student at the University of Massachusetts Amherst pursuing an M.Ed. in higher education.
