Laura Patrone

Laura Patrone currently serves as the IT Manager of Imaging Technologies for Virtua Health in South Jersey. Laura oversees the Radiology, Cardiology, Neurology, Maternal Fetal Medicine and Perinatal service lines for all imaging studies including the Picture Archive and Communication System (PACS). Laura also manages the EHR teams for Radiology and Cardiology with a 20 person team. During her time as a Manager, Laura has helped with Virtua's Hosptial at Home program, multiple PACS and Powerscribe upgrades and helping with EPIC technical dress rehearsal. Before serving as an IT Manager, Laura came into IT as a PACS Analyst and supported many clinical applications as well as did project management for several large hardware and software upgrades. By background Laura is a CT and Radiologic technologist having worked in the clinical field for over a decade before her move into IT.
