A C-suite advisor, researcher and author on global operating models and organization design, Gregory Kesler has more than 30 years of organization development experience supporting enterprise organization strategy, providing CEO consultation and activating executive talent practices. He is the co-author of four books on organization design with Amy Kates.
Kesler co-founded Kates Kesler Organization Consultants, LLC, acquired by Accenture in 2020, which is now the global leader of op model and organization design with 160 strategists globally. He previously held senior assignments inside large multinational companies based in the US and Europe.
