Office Location
Dr. Pichardo has over five years' experience in higher education administration. Most recently, Dr. Pichardo served as the Title IX Coordinator at Manhattan College in Riverdale, NY. Prior to that, Dr. Pichardo served as the Program Director for prevention education at the College of Mount Saint Vincent. She worked with the Department of Justice, Office on Violence Against Women grants to raise awareness for sexual assault, dating/domestic violence, and stalking on campus. In her research, she has presented on topics such as bystander intervention training, LGBTQ+ communities, empathy in the classroom, and grant compliance. Additionally, Dr. Pichardo has served as an Adjunct Instructor at multiple institutions teaching literature, research and criminal justice.
