An experienced technology executive and educator, Professor Rosa has a strong background in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture. As the former chief technology officer of a healthcare technology firm, he has spent over two decades designing and scaling secure, cloud-native systems. Now retired from industry leadership, he is passionate about giving back through teaching and mentoring.

Outstanding Master's Project
Developed a visual programming tool that enabled users to create simple applications using a custom flowchart designer. The tool transpiled flowchart logic into Java classes that were automatically compiled and executed within the Java Virtual Machine (JVM).
