Legacy Society

The Pioneer Club Legacy Society recognizes all donors who make a major gift commitment to any departmental priority. Members of the Society are invested in the success of SHU Athletics and its pursuit of providing a world-class student-athlete experience and winning championships. Donors are recognized for five years from the date of their commitment and have the flexibility to support the Pio Fund unrestricted giving, any Sport Excellence Funds, current departmental Capital Projects, endowments, scholarships, or have remembered SHU Athletics in their estate plans.

While outright gifts provide vital resources for the University today, a deferred gift in your will or estate plans is a wonderful way to build a legacy and ensure the future of SHU Athletics.

Endowments

Creating an endowment is one of the most powerful ways to help SHU Athletics, as your gift establishes an enduring legacy that will benefit Pioneers now and far into the future. Endowment-level gifts provide long-term sustainability for SHU’s athletic programs by funding scholarships and providing operational costs.
