Is your group going to the airport? Are you planning a trip? Or do you need use of the shuttle during off hours?

The Student Union can assist in your charter booking needs. Please follow the steps below:

  • Submit the form below at least two weeks before the trip date and include all the information needed to book.
  • Student Union staff will solicit quotes for you from DATTCO or WE Transport (if a school bus is needed).
  • Once the quote has been received, the Student Union staff will contact you.
  • If you decide to move forward with booking the trip, the Student Union will finalize your request and connect you with the booking agency.

Please note: We are required to use DATTCO for activity buses, coaches and shuttles.
