SHU SAFE
SHU Safe is an emergency communication tool between the University community and campus security and will connect you with Police, Fire or EMS. This mobile app is available for both Android and iPhone devices. When you first download the SHU Safe app, you will be prompted to set up a profile with basic information about you and your medical history (allergies, diabetes, etc.) that will help first responders to treat you in case of emergency. You are not required to fill this out in its entirety, but the more information you provide, the easier it will be for emergency personnel to provide immediate and directed assistance to you.

Sacred Heart University has implemented an Emergency Notification System comprised of multiple technology layers for all members of the University community. This system requires that each student, faculty and staff member(s) provide emergency contact information. This information will be protected and held confidential, for use only by this emergency notification system.
