Register for Mobile Credentials

Mobile credentials are tied to the individual phone and are non-transferable and non-refundable. If you change or replace your phone, for any reason, after a mobile credential has been installed a new mobile credential will need to be purchased.

To register for your SHU Mobile Access Credential, visit SHU Mobile Access Registration.

Within 72 hours after purchase, you will receive an email at the address you provided below with instructions on how to download the HID Mobile app and register your phone for a mobile ID. The email will come from:

SHUMobileAccess: hidglobal@hidglobal.com. 

And the subject line will read:

Your SHU Mobile Access Invitation code

Once you have completed the steps listed in the email you will be ready to use your phone to open any mobile enabled door on campus that you can currently access with your SHUcard.
