Audio Visual Services
The Audio Visual Department provides the Sacred Heart community with audio, video and instructional media equipment. Many of our with state-of-the-art instructional technology, such as LCD projectors and overhead projectors.
We also loan out equipment such as laptop adapters/cables, portable projectors, and portable PA systems. To borrow equipment, submit an Equipment Request Form to the AV Department.
Frequently Asked Questions
Equipment requests require a minimum of 2 business days (48 hours) notice and are on a first come first serve basis.
Event support requests require a minimum of 1 week notice.
The Audio Visual Department does not offer delivery services. The equipment requester is responsible for the pickup and return from our Checkout Office in HC 115C in the Academic Building.
