Admission into the Honors Program

The Thomas More Honors Program seeks bright, eager, and dedicated students who are ready to capitalize on the unique opportunity offered to them through the Program. Because there are a limited number of spots, admission into the Honors Program is competitive and is based on the strength of the student’s academic record and accomplishments. All students who apply to Sacred Heart University as freshmen are considered for the program. Invitations are sent out with SHU acceptance letters. An invitation to the program represents about the top 15% of the applicant pool.
