Student Health Portal

Your Student Health Portal allows you to submit Health Services forms and immunization information.

Prior to accessing your Student Health Portal you must have activated your SHU email. Instructions are available for how to activate your SHU email.

You can log on to your Student Health Portal with your SHU email address and password. Please upload all documents in the Student Health Portal.

MyChart Portal

Your MyChart Account allows you to:

• Send secure messages to your Student Health Services clinician or staff
• Receive secure messages including lab results
• Receive letters and handouts from your Student Health Services clinician
• Upload a copy of your insurance card
• Update your personal information and medical record
• Schedule a telehealth appointment
• Request prescription refills
