Sacred Heart University student health services provides accessible, high quality and cost-effective health care, serving the acute and chronic medical needs of SHU students.
Student health services is run in partnership with Yale New Haven Health’s Northeast Medical Group.
Book an in-person visit for any of the following conditions*:
- Abdominal pain
- Dizziness
- Flu vaccine
- Wheezing
- Ear wax impaction
- Lacerations
- Minor injuries
- Sexually transmitted infection
- Stitches, staple removal
- TB (PPD) test, read
- Wound checks
Book a video visit for any of the following conditions*:
- Abrasions, bruises
- Allergies
- Asthma
- Back pain, neck pain
- Cold, cough, flu symptoms, upper respiratory infection
- COVID-19 exposure
- Constipation
- Diarrhea
- Earache/pain
- Eye infection, stye
- Fever
- Headache
- Heartburn, acid reflux, GERD
- Insect bites/stings
- Joint pain
- Minor injuries
- Nausea or vomiting
- Oral complaints (non-dental)
- Sinus infection
- Skin conditions/rashes
- Sore throat
- Sprains, strains
- Urinary tract infection
