Donated in 2023, this rich collection of Irish and Irish-American archives, which is focused on Irish America and the Northern Ireland conflict, is housed in a dedicated Irish Studies room, the Shanachie Room/Seomra an tSeanchaí, in the Ryan Matura Library. • Conferences and workshops

Students in the Irish Studies program at the Dingle campus have access to thought-provoking and engaging workshops and conferences presented in collaboration with leading Irish and European universities. Top scholars and graduate students gather for presentations and discussions that cover topics such as environmental education and management, ecological analysis, anthropology, ethnography and archaeology.
