Named Best Radio News Station by The Press Club of Long Island

WSHU Public Radio was named Best Radio News Station by The Press Club of Long Island (PCLI), the local chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists, at their awards ceremony on June 5. In addition, WSHU’s Off The Path was honored as Best Podcast. WSHU's special program Higher Ground also received a second-place award for environmental reporting. The 2025 PCLI Media Awards recognize outstanding work in print, broadcast and online journalism.
