Caroline Schiff
Caroline Schiff is a psychotherapist in private practice in Westport, Connecticut. She is an LCSW and earned her MSW from the University of Connecticut and her BA in Sociology from Skidmore College. Caroline practices primarily with adolescents and young adults living with anxiety and mood disorders, with specialty in eating disorders and addressing issues related to autoimmune disease. Her research interests are in the intersections of co-morbid chronic illness and mental health conditions. Caroline is a community advocate for the National Alopecia Areata Foundation (NAAF), volunteering since 2019 as the facilitator of the Connecticut chapter’s support groups. Caroline enjoys an active lifestyle, balancing her work and academics with health and wellness practices and time spent with loved ones. In particular, Caroline enjoys time in nature with her husband and two Goldendoodles.
