Alicia Armstrong, LCSW
Alicia Armstrong, LCSW, is a private therapy practitioner in Tallahassee, FL. Prior to joining SHU as a Ph.D. student and teaching fellow, she has been an adjunct professor of social work at Florida State University since 2017.
Alicia's expertise is in gender- and sexuality-affirming therapy, anxiety management and trauma healing. She has a special interest in animal-assisted therapy and has volunteered with Tallahassee Memorial Hospital’s animal therapy program for more than 10 years.
