Our Impact: Partnerships & Community Stories
Aspiring media storytellers will find themselves in the center of the action in Sacred Heart’s Journalism & Media Production (JMP) program. Whether it’s helping to launch a new multimedia digital news outlet or livestream for a gubernatorial debate, JMP students benefit from the program’s industry and community connections. Multiple opportunities await to hone skills and expertise through special projects with community partners and professional collaborators. Explore the many opportunities to learn by doing.
WSHU Public Radio
A hub for high-quality journalism, WSHU Public Radio covers local, national and international news. Students in the program get hands-on experience producing live-stream events, covering political debates and contributing to real-world reporting that supports building skills for careers in media.
