Mario is the assistant treasurer of WEX Inc., having held positions at Hexcel Corp., Brightstar and Nokia, among others. With more than 20 years in finance, he has experience in global cash and liquidity management, FX & interest rate risk management, debt management and covenants compliance, as well as budgeting and forecasting, M&A funding, closing and integration and treasury IT and platform interfaces.
Mario holds a BS in accounting from Instituto Politécnico de Coimbra and earned his MBA, International Business, from the University of Connecticut.
