Prepare for school and district leadership roles with Connecticut’s CSDE-approved Intermediate Administrator Certification (092). Designed for experienced educators ready to advance, this flexible program for working professionals offers weekday evening online courses as well as an in-person option at Sacred Heart’s Griswold location.

In just 18 credits, you’ll gain the skills and credentials required for positions including:

  • Department chair
  • Assistant principal
  • Principal
  • Athletic director
  • Curriculum director
  • Assistant superintendent

After successfully completing the program and passing the Connecticut Administrator Test (CAT), candidates are eligible to be recommended for the provisional 092 certification.

Graduates can also seamlessly continue into Sacred Heart’s Sixth-Year Certificate of Advanced Study in Social, Emotional & Academic Learning (SEAL) for Social Justice Leadership.
