EDD 718 ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING THEORY   3.0 Credit(s)
This doctoral course explores strategic leadership and organizational learning theory as frameworks for improving P-12 educational systems. Candidates examine how leaders cultivate learning-centered organizations that adapt to change and sustain improvement. Candidates analyze leadership behaviors, organizational culture, and systemic learning processes to address problems of practice through inquiry, collaboration, and reflective leadership.
