HR 639 SELECTION AND RECRUITMENT   3.0 Credit(s)
This course focuses on the integral aspects of the selection, recruitment, and hiring process within an organization. In this course, we will take an in-depth examination of the practices and systems within the workplace that can impact selection, recruitment, and hiring processes. By the end of the course, students will be able to demonstrate and understanding of the different human resource staffing functions. Students will also be able to design and implement their own custom-made selection system.
