RE 301 FOUNDATIONS OF REAL ESTATE 3.0 Credit(s)
This course introduces the nature of real estate and real estate markets, the role of government in real estate industry, legal and regulatory foundations, taxations, real estate contracts and transactions, property valuation, and mortgage math using the time-value-of-money method. Prerequisite: Take FN-215
