EX 341 FUNDAMENTALS OF CORRECTIVE EXERCISE 3.0 Credit(s)
This course will introduce systematic approaches to corrective exercise. Students will review the fundamentals of postural and functional assessments and then learn to create individualized corrective exercise plans based on observed dysfunctions. Students will learn various techniques to manage soft tissue dysfunction and provide corrective strengthening to improve function and prevent injury in a safe and effective manner. This course will utilize a case-based approach to understanding corrective exercise and understanding functional anatomy. Prerequisite: EX-240 EX-260
