First of a two-course sequence in which student teams plan a comprehensive construction project. Focuses on project selection, scope definition, data collection, and development of preliminary estimates, schedules, and risk analyses. Emphasizes integration of prior coursework, team organization, and communication with faculty and industry mentors. Prerequisite: Take CMGT-350 CMGT-352
