Examines principles of sustainable design, green building rating systems, and high performance construction practices. Topics include site stewardship, energy and water efficiency, materials and waste management, and indoor environmental quality. Emphasizes the construction manager's role in implementing sustainability goals within cost, schedule, and quality constraints. Prerequisite: Take CMGT-210 CMGT-240
