Explores leadership, communication, and team dynamics in construction organizations and project teams. Reviews project administration processes including documentation, meetings, procurement, submittals, change orders, and closeout. Emphasizes ethical decision making, negotiation, and conflict management for emerging construction leaders. Prerequisite: Take CMGT-350 or CMGT-352
