CMGT 352 CONSTRUCTION COST ESTIMATING & BUDGETIN   3.0 Credit(s)
Covers techniques for conceptual, preliminary, and detailed estimates for building and infrastructure projects. Develops skills in quantity takeoff, pricing of labor, equipment and materials, subcontractor analysis, and compilation of bids. Addresses contingencies, project budgets, and the relationship between cost, time, and scope in project control. Prerequisite: Take CMGT-210 or CMGT-230
