CMGT 350 CONSTRUCTION PORJECT PLANNING & SCHEDUL   3.0 Credit(s)
Introduces planning and control of construction projects using network scheduling methods such as bar charts, critical path method (CPM), and precedence diagrams. Covers work breakdown structures, logic relationships, resource loading, and schedule updating. Uses industry software to develop baseline schedules and analyze impacts of delays and changes. Prerequisite: Take CMGT-230
