EX 101 INTRO PERSONAL FITNESS & CONDITIONING 1.0 Credit(s)
This course provides instruction in proper performance of musculoskeletal and cardiovascular type exercise for promoting personal health and fitness. Students will learn and become competent at performing conditioning exercises safely while utilizing body weight, machines and other equipment. Proper body alignment, coordination, and movement proficiency will be emphasized. This course is intended for students pursuing a degree in exercise science. Prerequisite: EX major, EX 100
