Providing proof of immunizations to Health Services This is required for all degree-seeking students taking classes on campus and is due four weeks before classes begin or immediately following admission if that deadline has passed. Please note that it takes 5-10 business days to process paperwork once submitted. AS Radiography students will fulfill this requirement by submitting a program-specific immunization form, as part of the clinical compliance process. Instructions are provided by the department to admitted students following submission of a non-refundable enrollment deposit.
Registering for classes Once you've submitted your non-refundable deposit and enrollment response form, you'll complete our academic questionnaire. The information you provide will allow an academic adviser to register you for a first-semester schedule based on your degree progress and availability.
