Loans & Financing Options

Students enrolled in the following certificate programs at Sacred Heart University within St. Vincent’s College may be eligible for traditional sources of federal student aid:

• Health Information Technology Coding
• Brewing Science

All other certificate programs at Sacred Heart University are not eligible for federal, state, or institutional financial aid. Students can apply for a credit based private student loan - often referred to as an alternative education loan - to help finance their certificate program.

The University does not endorse or recommend the use of any particular alternative education loan; we instead encourage students to review the private loan programs available to them to determine which option best meets their personal financial needs.
