Courses

Writing

This six-level writing course guides English learners from novice to advanced levels. Lower levels focus on mastering sentence and paragraph structures, verb tenses, subject-verb agreement and punctuation. Higher levels emphasize writing for diverse purposes, sentence variety and essay mechanics. Advanced students analyze and apply techniques to produce well-organized, fully developed essays.

Listening & Speaking

This six-level course develops listening and speaking skills for language learners. Lower levels focus on correcting grammatical errors, such as subject-verb agreement and proper word forms, while improving pronunciation. Higher levels enhance fluency, lecture comprehension and communication skills, including accent reduction. Students also prepare presentations based on personal, academic or professional topics.

As students advance, they learn to recognize and use diverse sentence patterns in speaking and writing, with a focus on mastering critical grammar structures for effective communication.
