In This Section
The Toddler Language Development (ToLD) Laboratory at Sacred Heart University (SHU) focuses on understanding how very young children learn and process spoken language.
We combine multimodal approaches, including behavioral (eye tracking) and neural (electroencephalography/EEG) measures, to answer our research questions. With research projects funded by the National Institutes of Health, our expert faculty welcome students to join the team.
Students
Are you a SHU student interested in joining the lab? We welcome both undergraduate and graduate students.
Parents
Are you a parent of an infant or toddler and want to participate in research? We have in-person and remote/from home opportunities. Learn more about our current studies.
